Construction Development - Support Position

Position Overview:

You will be providing support for the administration of construction projects and utilizing your excellent communication skills within our home office.

This employee will be wearing multiple hats and work within the development team. They will be coordinating schedules, budgets, and proper documentation throughout all phases of construction. Additionally, they will aid preparing and recording subcontract agreements and purchase orders for current projects.


 

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and effective time management
  • Organized and can multitask
  • Demonstrated skills in oral and written communications
  • Knowledge of AIA contracts are a plus
