Layout / Space Planning
After we’ve assessed your needs and developed a budget, we’ll get right to work planning the space and drafting the room layouts. Our designers develop residential and office and workspace layouts, providing you with computer drafted renderings to help you visualize the layout of the finished project. Good space planning gives us the direction and cohesion to work with our construction teams in building and design. It’s the reason we are known for being able to build or renovate residential and commercial properties with little to no impact on the residents.
We pre-plan each and every renovation by pre-measuring the cabinets, countertops, flooring and more before construction begins, so the renovations we make will only take a few days, allowing you to enjoy your new space sooner.
